Minutes and Miles

“5 minutes, no more” ..is all the driver said
They squeezed each others hand, with a feeling of dread.

“5 minutes isn’t enough.. please, we need more”
To express so many wonderful feelings.. there aren’t words for!!

A love that is so easy, a love that is so right!
Why can’t we be together? Please don’t go..not tonight!

Clutching to each other, right until the end
Not knowing when they will hold each other again.

She looks up into his face – a face she so adores
And sees his pain, of letting her go.

He gently kisses her face and smiles at her tears
With a promise to come back, he tenderly wipes away her fears.

She smiles bravely and gives him her heart.. to hold in his big strong hands
She blows a soft kiss to her Sweet, Sweet, Man.

You have my heart darling..and i will carefully hold yours
And I will wait for you, my love. It will be soon, I am sure!

The driver calls to her..and they reluctantly pull apart
And through their eyes..I love you..spilled from their hearts.

A Man and a Woman with brave hearts and smiles
They know their love is stronger than mere minutes and miles!

Who Is He?

He is the man that I adore.
He is the one I would fall on my knees for.
He is the wind beneath my wings.
He is the reason that i sing.
He is a treasure found in distant land
He is the man i give my heart and my hand
He is ten feet tall...
He is stronger than them all
He is a prince before i bow
He is my life, my breath, my now!
He is for whom I bare my soul
He is My Julian..

Like i’ve never wanted before...I Am Sure!

To hear you whisper my name

And reach out as i walk by...I Want For Nothing!

To receive your unconditional love

And  see your warm smile touch my face....Is My Deepest Desire!

To feel your body next to mine

And our hearts pounding as one...I Am Safe!

To feel your fearless heart

And receive your generous love...I Am Free!

To witness your compassion

And  kind, generous heart...I Am Humbled!

To dry your tears

And share your pain...I Am Your Friend!

To share in the love of a child

And support your passions...I Am Your Partner!

To know you are more of a man

Than any man I’ve ever known....I Am Yours!
