The Dress!!

Oh how much fun i have had surrounding this wedding dress..

**You know..a bride doesn't choose a wedding dress....it chooses her!...

First i tried on dresses with Lynn in North Bay
then with Nicola in Germany

**and don't think you can try on more expensive dresses and then buy a cheaper one..it doesn't work that way.
**and don't think...oh i shouldn't spend too much money..it's only ONE day!..
It is YOUR WEDDING DAY!..and suddenly the perfect dress becomes the most important thing EVER!!

and then i went to Paris and met an Australian girl named Eryn and we went trying on dresses..

the same day Eryn left Paris..i found THE dress..and WOW..It is gorgeous..and has been kept TOP secret from Julian for months.

then...of course you can't put these things on by yourself..so i carried it to Diana's to try it on...WOOHOO!!..

i love my wedding dress!!!..16 days!

 The day after Eryn left Paris..I found THE dress...and got a man outside of the shop to take my pic!!

 Diana; my oh so talented German friend, was first to see my dress...and she pinned and tucked and smooshed everything into place many times in the months before our wedding

So Julian hadn't proposed! We were not engaged!.. and we went to visit all of the family members and announced our upcoming wedding!:):)...I think this was March.

Here we are at Linus and Sonja and Emilie's house.  Linus is Julian's brother.  They opened up a bottle of champagne and we toasted our wonderful news!..It was a very special evening.

I have never been so much myself with anyone EVER.  I have never felt so loved so respected so safe.
He loves me as i am..and he knows me like no one has ever known me.
He is the kindest, sweetest, most wonderful man!..WOW!!..and in 16 days he will become my husband.
